1. License Grant

Your purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use CheckMyDisk on all Macs that you personally own and operate. You may not share your license key with others.

2. Disclaimer of Warranty

CheckMyDisk is provided "as is". While we have built extensive safety measures into our Smart Deletion Queue, you are ultimately responsible for the files you choose to delete from your computer. We are not liable for accidental data loss.
